Permanent Placement:
A Permanent Nanny is a nanny who offers a minimum one-year commitment to a family, working either a full time or part time schedule. Permanent candidates undergo an extensive application and background check process before they are introduced to families. After reviewing each Permanent Placement Family Application, SNN will introduce candidates who match a family’s specifications, as well as assist a family with defining their individual needs. After a family has chosen a candidate for permanent hire, SNN will guide them through the process of making an offer and negotiating a contract. Families are responsible for a one-time Permanent Placement fee, of 12% of the nanny’s estimated gross annual salary, at the time of hire. The Permanent Nanny will then become the family’s employee.

Temporary Placement:
Our Temporary Childcare Services meet a broad range of families’ needs. We are able to place Temporary Nannies in full time or part time ongoing positions, for a period of a few days to six months – this type of placement includes summer positions as well. SNN also offers on-call Temporary Services, which can be arranged for day, evening and weekend hours whenever a family needs childcare.
