I had also been working with several other search firms and placed a number of newspaper ads myself. The caliber of candidates that SNN sent to me was dramatically higher than those sent by other firms or those generated through my ads. I interviewed 60 candidates prior to hiring a candidate sent to me by SNN. SNN is the most professional nanny placement firm in the Seattle metropolitan area.
